Easy recipe : Tofu scone

Here the weather has suddenly become a lot colder. My son, living across the world in Melbourne, is now heading into summer. As a vegan I often find myself cooking at home. Today I tried my hand at making scones from tofu. I recommend trying this easy recipe.

Ingredients

✔︎ brown sugar 30g
✔︎ baking powder 2 teaspoons
✔︎ tofu 100g
✔︎ oil 30g
✔︎ blueberry

Many countries have a wide selection of vegan ingredients, but here in Japan they are hard to come by. Unfortunately, my work trips and ability to buy ingredients will traveling abroad has decreased due to COVID.
